About Course

Inspired Leadership: Discover, Develop, and Walk in Your Calling is a faith-centered leadership development experience for emerging and experienced leaders who want to grow spiritually, personally, and professionally.

Through biblical principles, leadership psychology, practical skill-building, experiential exercises, and guided reflection, you will clarify your leadership identity, strengthen your confidence, improve how you communicate and influence others, and create a purposeful plan for continued growth.

Throughout this eight-module, self-paced course, you will:

• Explore your God-given identity, calling, values, and leadership strengths
• Study biblical examples of courageous, humble, and servant-centered leadership
• Develop confidence, resilience, emotional awareness, and a renewed mindset
• Strengthen communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, and team-development skills
• Practice responding to realistic leadership situations and challenges
• Learn to lead through change, setbacks, uncertainty, and difficult seasons
• Create a faith-aligned 90-day leadership action plan
• Complete a personal leadership declaration and commissioning experience

The learning experience includes avatar-guided lessons, selected Purpose & Progress eBooks and resources, reflection exercises, knowledge checks, practical leadership assignments, and access to an AI Course Guide for course-related assistance. Scheduled virtual support will also be available during the published support hours.

Participants who complete the required lessons, activities, and assessments may request a Certificate of Completion. Certificates are issued by email after course completion has been verified.
